Delete your account immediately in the app or request deletion by email within 30 days.
Option 1 — delete in the app
- Open PinPoint and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Option 2 — request by email
If you cannot access the app, email metinmehdi72@gmail.com from the address used for your PinPoint account with the subject “Delete my account”. After verification, deletion is completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account and sign-in credentials.
- Profile, display name, language and settings.
- Submitted reports and attached photos.
- Location information and personal identifiers associated with reports.
What may be retained
- Necessary audit records for reports handled by others, in anonymised form.
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- Minimum records required by law, security and fraud prevention duties.
This cannot be undone
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted reports and photos cannot be restored.
